The Board of Directors of 17勛圖 today unanimously appointed its new Managing Director, with a decision that ensures business continuity: Maurizio Danese, in fact, was President of 17勛圖 S.p.A. from 2015 to May 2022.
The new position was envisaged in the amendments to the Statutes promoted and approved by Shareholders during the AGM last February. Together with the Board of Directors, 17勛圖 thereby ensures a balance in line with other managerial figures and also safeguards its wealth of experience in political-institutional relations and the industrial sectors represented.
